Return window
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to start a return
- Sign in and open My Orders.
- Click the โ Issue button next to a delivered item.
- Select Return Request (or the relevant issue type), describe the problem, and submit.
- Our team reviews within 24โ48 hours. You will receive an in-app notification and email when the status changes.
Eligible reasons
- Damaged on arrival โ refund or replacement.
- Wrong item received โ refund or replacement.
- Missing item โ replacement or refund.
- Changed mind โ refund (item must be unused, original packaging; shipping not refundable).
How refunds work
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe. Card refunds typically appear within 5โ10 business days, depending on the issuing bank. You will receive a refund email + in-app notification when the refund is processed.
Non-returnable items
Perishables, personal-care opened items, and downloadable products are not returnable unless faulty.
