Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to start a return

  1. Sign in and open My Orders.
  2. Click the โš  Issue button next to a delivered item.
  3. Select Return Request (or the relevant issue type), describe the problem, and submit.
  4. Our team reviews within 24โ€“48 hours. You will receive an in-app notification and email when the status changes.

How refunds work

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe. Card refunds typically appear within 5โ€“10 business days, depending on the issuing bank. You will receive a refund email + in-app notification when the refund is processed.

Non-returnable items

Perishables, personal-care opened items, and downloadable products are not returnable unless faulty.
